W.I.P. robot

IT reminds me a little of a toy I used to have. We'd have these remote control robots with RC cars as the base and what they'd try to do was zap lasers at each other with a little infra-red reader and they'd have these arms for pushing each other over if they got close. Don't remember the name of it, but there also used to be a card game.

This one evoked that sort of for me but is also refreshingly different. I like it. Especially the cylindrical body/head region. It reminds me a bit of like a water softener or a battery or maybe... like a smelter kinda?
